Shipping & Delivery

• Items are packed into a 1m box for shipping are sent as a next day delivery within Northern Ireland at the shipping fee of £5.00. The shipping fee to the Republic of Ireland is £10.00.
• All orders must be received by 11am for shipping that day.
• Larger orders are sent by pallet. The shipping costs per pallet are £20.00 within Northern Ireland and £25.00 within the Republic of Ireland.
• If you wish to collect your order, please ensure that your order us placed 24 hours in advance of pickup.

Returns & Replacements

• If Goods are held more than 21 days from day of issue, they must be paid in full.
• If returned within 21 days, returns are subject to a 20% handling fee.
• After a 21 day period, we may purchase back goods, as follows:
  
  • 30% handling fee - for goods still in box and in good condition
  • 50% handling fee – for goods without a box and in good condition
• Please note that there is no return on damaged goods.

Ordering

• All orders must be placed in writing by email or fax.  We will not take orders verbally.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

• You can choose to pay with Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Switch Card, Electron, Solo or through a Credit Account with John J Doyle.
• A Credit Account is subject to status and Account customers payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date.
